Welcome to Intruder Sunday! We are riding rain or shine, the storm kept us in last week so today game on. In the circle today was the v/p Kimosabe, Red, Marc, Dmann , Ron, Kanuck, BobC , Henry, & Ben, Skully came rolling up in his new ford 150, but didn’t ride with the club. Today was the Legacy Vets dice run, so we decided to join them. After announcements n a prayer we headed out to Moanalua Gardens to check in. It was a peek a boo day, but no one cared, let it rain, the run was from Moanalua Gardens to the 4 war memorials on the island. Haleiwa, the Palace, Waikiki, then back at the fleet reserve. We stopped in Haleiwa coffee shop area first stop before getting to the Haleiwa War Memorial at Alii beach, then the rain came, we got on our bikes n rode back, next stop the King Kamehameha palace downtown, nice ride! We dried off there it was still a hot day….after that next stop Waikiki War Memorial, we rode into Waikiki and went to our next, stop rolled the dice, man I had a hand of not, anyway lunchtime! Made a vote for Rainbow’s Kapahulu, all was on board, had a nice kau kau then time to hele to the FRA and turn in our sheets n get ready for raffles being held. We won a safety check from Montgomery motors, ten dollar gift card for Pizza Bobs and a few laughs! End of ride, good day want to thank Dmann n Marc for all the great road guarding, our sgt of arms Red for helping to lead the pack with me and all who made it out to ride today mahalo ! Big island trip coming up get ready.
